Workers compensation entitlements for some workers including workers with a work related dust disease and prescribed volunteers in New South Wales are provided for under different arrangements to those available under the Workers Compensation Act 1987. The guidance notes in this part provide a summary of workers compensation eligibility, entitlements and funding arrangements for these groups, and describes some of the unique characteristics of each of the schemes.
